Your Role: Payroll Manager
As Payroll Manager, you’ll oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Accurately calculate wages, tax withholdings, and employee deductions.
Manage relationships with external payroll service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Stay informed on changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries efficiently.
Innovate and streamline payroll processes using advanced technology.
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Extensive experience with payroll systems and software.
Deep knowledge of Australian payroll laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Employment Hero, HRM software, PAYG, ATO regulations, and Australian Awards is highly advantageous.
