Your Role: Payroll Manager

As Payroll Manager, you’ll oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Accurately calculate wages, tax withholdings, and employee deductions.

  • Manage relationships with external payroll service providers to ensure seamless operations.

  • Stay informed on changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries efficiently.

  • Innovate and streamline payroll processes using advanced technology.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with payroll systems and software.

  • Deep knowledge of Australian payroll laws and regulations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with Employment Hero, HRM software, PAYG, ATO regulations, and Australian Awards is highly advantageous.
