Your Role: Senior Developer

As a Senior Developer at Iridiam, you’ll harness your expertise in C#, Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to craft innovative, data-driven solutions. In this influential role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using C# and Python.

  • Build, optimise, and manage scalable database systems and complex SQL queries.

  • Develop and maintain impactful BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven strategies.

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover actionable trends.

  • Contribute to architectural planning, documentation, and code reviews.

  • Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and excellence.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues and bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in C# (.NET framework) and Python for development and scripting.

  • Advanced SQL and database management skills.

  • Expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and APIs for seamless data integration.

Analytical and Soft Skills:
